TERMS OF SERVICE

1. The Web Site
In this document we refer to the digital resources made available on the Web Site, including software, content or digital services collectively as "the Web Site."

2. Ownership of Web Site Materials
The Web Site contains information, text, software, photos, video, graphics, music, audio, editorial content, and other material ("Materials") protected by copyright, related and breeder's rights, trademarks, patents, and other intellectual property rights ("Intellectual Property Rights").

3. Use of Materials on the Web Site
3.1. Permitted Uses of Materials. EWP authorizes users of the Web Site to view and, if these functions are directly available on the Web Site (with buttons or links to "print"/"downloading" functions) to download (make a local copy in the user's device) and print the Materials, for personal and educational, non-commercial purposes only.
3.2. Uses for non-commercial educational purposes. You may occasionally and unsystematically include limited portions of Website Materials within notes, reports, and presentations and only to the extent permitted for educational and non-commercial purposes that do not conflict with the educational or commercial value of such Materials. In all cases, the user must include the trademarks and other notes on the Web Site, as well as report the appropriate attribution of their authorship (citing the authors/curators (including translators) and the source of the Materials (indicating "Elite WP - https://elitewaterpolocamp.com").
3.3. Impermissible Uses of Materials. Except as expressly permitted by Elite WP, you may not use, modify, adapt, reformat, download, upload, reproduce, transmit, publish, display, perform, transfer or redistribute the Materials in any form, format or medium, or by means of any technology, without the prior written permission of Elite WP and the other owners of the intellectual property rights in such Materials.

4. Availability of the Web Site and Materials.
Elite WP may change or discontinue any part, function, or content of the Web Site at any time, with or without notice to you; however, Elite WP will use commercially reasonable efforts to notify you in the event of significant changes to the Web Site, where possible, and to provide you with alternative materials in the event that substantial portions of the Web Site are removed.

5. Restrictions on the use of the Website.
Elite WP prohibits the implementation of the following practices:

(a) hacking systems to restrict or prevent access to the Web Site or related Materials or content;
(b) breaching the protection of the Web Site or attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Web Site, related Materials and content, or computer networks or systems connected to the Web Site services, through acts of hacking, misappropriation of passwords, or any other means;
(c) interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the Web Site or with any activity conducted on or through the Web Site
(d) take or attempt any action that results in an unreasonable and disproportionately heavy load or traffic on the Web Site or its infrastructure;
e) interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Web Site or the servers or networks connected to it, or violate any requirements, procedures, policies or standards of the networks connected to the Web Site;
f) violate applicable local, state, national or international laws or academic standards to which you are bound; or
g) engage in any conduct that in any way impairs the commercial value of the Materials.

6. Responsibilities of the registered user to the Website.
You represent and warrant to Elite WP that the information you provide to Elite WP for registration and access, whether free or paid, to Elite WP services and content is true, complete, accurate and up to date, and that, in the event of any subsequent change to it, you will be notified of the updates within 15 days of the change.
In the event that any of the above statements are or become untrue or do not fully comply with the requirements set forth, Elite WP reserves the right to suspend and/or terminate the business relationship with the user.
The user authorizes Elite WP to send contractual notices to the email address and/or telephone number provided for registration for the services.

7. Law and place of jurisdiction.
These General Conditions are governed by and shall be interpreted and applied in accordance with the laws in force in the territory of the Italian Republic.
In case of disputes, the competent judge remains the one provided for by Legislative Decree 206/2005.
