SUMMER CAMP RULES

Juvenile Registered Athletes

During the Summer Camp, minors will be allowed to leave the Residence/Hotel and the training sites only with their parents or authorized persons, subject to a written declaration from their parents. During camp activities, on the other hand, they will be in the custody of the organizational staff and will be held to such.

For overage athletes, the same rules apply: during camp, internal rules such as schedules, curfews and basic behavioral rules are followed. Those who do not abide by them may be dismissed.

For registered Minor athletes without a phone the staff is available at any time while coaches will be available by phone appointment only.

However, the purpose of the camp is social first, so we always try to grow our athletes as people. Without mistakes you don't grow so regardless of the strict regulations by necessity, we try to teach them to behave like champions even out of the water.

Standards of behavior

All registered athletes are required to observe proper and respectful behavior during their stay, both toward other participants and all staff involved.

Registered athletes should listen and follow the directions that will be given by the staff.

Registered athletes must not intentionally cause or attempt to cause physical or moral harm to other participantse, staff and all pool and/or Hotel patrons.

Card-carrying athletes should treat equipment with care and respect the training sites without harming the environments in which they will stay and train.

Any damages caused by participants will be charged to the participants and settled by the end of the Camp.

EWPC is not responsible for documents, money or valuables forgotten, lost or left unattended while at camp.

in the event of serious non-compliance, EWPC, in the form of its representatives, will be compelled to remove registered athletes not before warning any parents/guardians and ensuring that the participant remains safe during the removal phase.

Refunds

The Deposit paid as confirmation of registration of the registered athlete is non-refundable under any circumstances except documented national youth team call-up.

the Balance due by June 1 can only be refunded for

  • replacement of the athlete

  • givanile national team convocation documented by summons

In case of injury or illness of the registered athlete if you had already paid the balance, you can request postponement of the camp to the following week (if still available), otherwise only the balance will be returned but not the deposit.

the registered athlete who leaves the camp before the conclusion, whether by his own choice or by injury or other , is not entitled to a partial refund of the fee.

registered athlete who registers by falsifying age is not entitled to a fee refund and will be removed from camp after a phone call with a parent.

The fee is not refunded because since the camp has a limited number of participants, the renunciation of one athlete precludes the participation of another and once the registration is confirmed the a.s.d. Doria Nuoto Loano faces expenses before the arrival of the registered athlete that would be lost in case of renunciation. Each year we have a small number of cancellations so we always try to find ways to accommodate our members/members. Common sense always finds the right way.

Causes of cancellation

For causes beyond its control, EWPC (a.s.d Doria Nuoto Loano) reserves the right to cancel the camp, at least 10 days in advance of the start. The deposit and balance paid, in this case, will be returned in full by bank transfer.
